Effective January 1, 2014, American Presence Post (APP)Toulouse will no longer accept applications for passports and birth registrations, Social Security numbers and other federal benefits, or provide notarial services. As of January 1, passport and birth registration applications and notarial services can be scheduled at either the U.S. Embassy in Paris or the U.S. Consulate General in Marseille. Please contact the Federal Benefits Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Paris for information on applications for Social Security numbers and other federal benefits: http://france.usembassy.gov/fbu/ssn.html
The U.S. Mission to France will schedule periodic visits by consular officers to provide routine services to American citizens in Toulouse. These visits will be publicized to citizens actively listed in our Smart Travelers Enrollment Program (STEP), so please ensure that you are signed up in order to receive notices about such services as well as other messages from the U.S. Government.
Consular services are available on Wednesdays by appointment only. Please contact the U.S. Consulate at email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
Report a Birth Abroad

Please allow two to four weeks for issuance of a new passport. Note that we are unable to add visa pages to valid passports and to issue emergency passports. For these services, please refer to the U.S. Consulate in Marseille.
